Meet Victoria Leilani
What began with teaching Kundalini Yoga slowly expanded into holding space for women in healing circles and deeper relational work.
Over the years, life led me through motherhood, art, somatic exploration, and a deep curiosity about the emotional and energetic patterns that shape the way we live, relate, and protect ourselves.
Again and again, I noticed how often people learn to leave parts of themselves behind in order to feel safe, loved, or accepted.
I saw how much of what we experience as “self” is often inherited, conditioned, protected, or unconsciously carried through the nervous system, the body, and our relational patterns.
By the time I trained as a somatic sex educator, I had spent years observing how emotional history, intimacy, survival strategies, embodiment, and nervous system dynamics deeply influence the way we experience ourselves and our relationships.
That exploration eventually led me into formal training in Energy Healing and clairvoyant practice through the Energy Healing Institute’s four-year practitioner program, where I developed a more refined relationship with perception, energetic awareness, boundaries, and embodiment.
Over time, these threads naturally evolved into the work I now offer through Energy Embodiment — an integration of clairvoyance, somatic awareness, energy work, relational inquiry, nervous system education, and grounded practices for deeper connection and transformation.
What Shapes My Work
What informs this work comes not only from formal training, but from years of observing how people adapt in order to survive, belong, and protect themselves.
I’m deeply interested in the relationship between the nervous system, embodiment, intimacy, attention, emotional inheritance, and the subtle energetic patterns that shape human experience. I’m also influenced by nature, relational honesty, contemplative practice, creativity, and the belief that healing happens not through perfection, but through a deeper capacity to stay connected to ourselves.
To me, healing is not about fixing what is broken. It’s about learning to place your attention on what you genuinely want to cultivate rather than what you fear.
It’s about developing a more grounded and trustworthy relationship with yourself — one guided more by wholeness than by protective patterns, conditioning, or old wounds.
Many people arrive without having perfect language for what they’re experiencing. Often there is simply a feeling that something deeper is asking for attention, clarity, connection, or change.
If that resonates, you’re welcome here.
“I don’t see healing as fixing something that’s broken. I see it as reconnecting with the deeper truth of who you are beneath fear, conditioning, emotional protection, and inherited patterns.”
Background & Training
My work draws from over two decades of study and experience in the healing arts, including:
Kundalini Yoga instruction
Somatic Sex Education
Energy Healing Institute four-year practitioner training
Clairvoyant and energetic development practices
Somatic and nervous system-informed approaches to healing and embodiment
Over the years, these disciplines naturally evolved into the integrative work I now offer through Energy Embodiment.
Who I Work With
Many of the people drawn to this work are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply feeling.
Often, they’ve already done years of inner work, therapy, personal growth, or spiritual exploration — yet still find themselves caught in familiar emotional, relational, or nervous system patterns.
They may feel:
disconnected from themselves
emotionally overwhelmed
highly capable but inwardly exhausted
stuck between insight and embodiment
longing for deeper connection, intimacy, or meaning
They aren’t looking for quick fixes.
They’re looking for a more honest relationship with themselves and their lives.
