Sex & Intimacy Support

Why People Work With Me

Sex can be confusing—complex, nuanced, and about so much more than what happens in bed. For many of us, desire and connection get tangled in old stories, shame, and self-judgment.

In mature relationships, where love has weathered years of life, intimacy asks for new understanding. You may long for closeness but feel unsure how to bridge the distance or even start the conversation.

Many people reach out because they’re:

  • Feeling shut down or “numb” to desire

  • Overthinking, anxious, or carrying guilt around intimacy

  • Holding shame or past experiences that get in the way of being present

  • Struggling to ask for what they want—or not even sure what that is

  • Disconnected from their body, pleasure, or boundaries

  • Longing to understand themselves more deeply and experience sex as something sacred, not stressful

This work is for all people who are either single, partnered or somewhere in between.

When in relationship

  • Rekindle desire and bring passion back into a long-term relationship.

  • Release resentment, hurt, or old patterns that block closeness.

  • Communicate wants, needs, and boundaries without fear, shame, or conflict.

  • Navigate mismatched desire or sexual differences with understanding and compassion.

  • Deepen intimacy, trust, and emotional connection, creating a more joyful and authentic partnership.

When not in relationship

  • Explore and reconnect with your own desire, pleasure, and sensuality without shame or pressure.

  • Heal past experiences or programs that make intimacy feel unsafe or confusing.

  • Connect with what you truly want in relationships and how to communicate it.

  • Cultivate confidence, self-trust, and personal power in dating or future partnerships.

  • Experience intimacy with yourself and others in a way that feels authentic, joyful, and embodied.

Why It’s So Hard

You’re not alone. Most of us never learned clear body-centric skills for intimacy. We absorbed mixed messages from family, culture, and past relationships, leaving us with protective habits and tangled beliefs about desire, closeness, and safety. Our bodies remember stress and adapt—sometimes by shutting down, sometimes by speeding up, and very often by numbing out. Without support, these patterns can easily create a block to curiosity, connection, and pleasure.

What We Work On Together

In our sessions, I help you:

  • Slow down and feel what is actually happening in your body

  • Identify shame and learn what to do with it

  • Acknowledge, affirm and release fear so desire can bloom

  • Clearly connect with desires, needs and boundaries

  • Learn to give yourself permission with safety

  • Stand in your own truth with confidence

  • Build communication skills to share what you’ve uncovered

  • Expand your relationship with pleasure and live it throughout your everyday life

This is practical work. We use simple, tools you can practice between sessions. Insight is the first step, but integration changes your life.

About My Background

I am a certified Somatic Sex Educator with a strong emphasis on body awareness, energetic balancing, and self compassion. The sessions I offer are coaching-style, fully clothed, and education-focused. We work with breath, attention, imagery, gentle movement, and clear communication. If you need medical or psychotherapeutic care, I will help you find the right referrals and collaborate when appropriate.

I combine relational coaching with energy work and somatic skills. We move at the pace of your body so that all of you can catch up and listen to what you really need.

I especially enjoy supporting people who sense that intimacy can be a pathway of personal and spiritual growth. The way we meet our own sensations often mirrors how we meet another. With practice, the body becomes a trusted ally rather than an obstacle.

What A Session Looks Like

  • An opportunity to check-in to set focus and intentions

  • Guided practices to grow awareness and safety in the body

  • Clear language for needs, boundaries, and requests

  • Integrations you can try on your own or with a partner

  • Simple homework so progress compounds gently over time

Common Questions

Is this sexual services or touch?

No. This work is education and coaching through Energy Embodiment. We remain fully clothed and seated. If you’re looking for hands-on bodywork, I can connect you with trusted providers.

Can we speak plainly about kink, fantasies or desires?

Yes—openly, respectfully, and without judgment. We use clear language to explore your questions, patterns, and experiences, always at the pace and boundaries that feel safe for you.

What if my partner will not come?

You can create real change solo. When one person shifts patterns, the relationship often changes. If your partner wants to join later, we can include them.

What if I’m too embarrassed to talk or feel shame?

We go slowly. We keep consent explicit. We practice kindness as a skill. Shame softens when it is witnessed without pressure.

How many sessions will I need?

I wish that I could give you a concrete answer but everyone is different. Many clients begin to feel relief within a few sessions, and deeper patterns tend to take longer. We will set a plan that fits your goals.

Do you work with all genders and orientations?

Yes. All identities and constellations are welcome.
