Sex & Intimacy Support

Why People Work With Me

I work with individuals and couples across many relational configurations. What my clients share is a longing for ease, aliveness, and honest connection with themselves and the people they love.

Common reasons people reach out:

For anyone, single or partnered

  • Feeling shut down or “numb” to desire

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or guilt around sex

  • Shame or past experiences that make intimacy feel unsafe

  • Trouble asking for what they want or even knowing what that is

  • Feeling disconnected from the body, pleasure, or boundaries

  • Just want to learn more about pleasure and its complexities

This work is for all people who are either single, partnered or somewhere in between.

When in relationship

  • Mismatched desire or differing needs

  • Avoiding conversations about sex because they lead to conflict

  • Performing or “people-pleasing” instead of feeling authentic

  • Repeating patterns that block closeness after arguments

  • Wanting to rebuild trust and tenderness

When not in relationship

  • Healing after a breakup or confusing experiences

  • Reclaiming sensuality after stress, illness, or life transitions

  • Learning to relate to desire without fear, pressure, or self-judgment

Why It’s So Hard

Most of us did not learn clear, consent-centered, body-aware skills for intimacy. We absorbed mixed messages from family, culture, and past relationships. The result is a tangle of beliefs and protective habits. The body remembers stress and adapts by shutting down or speeding up. Without support, that protective wiring can override curiosity and closeness.

What We Work On Together

In our sessions, I help you:

  • Slow down and feel what is actually happening in your body

  • Unwind shame and fear so desire has room to breathe

  • Name needs, limits, and boundaries with clarity and kindness

  • Build skills for consent, repair, and authentic communication

  • Repattern stress responses that block turn-on, intimacy, or connection

  • Reconnect with pleasure as a wider field: breath, sensation, warmth, presence

This is practical work. We use simple, tools you can practice between sessions. Insight matters, but integration changes your life.

About My Background

I am a Somatic Sex Educator. Sessions are coaching-style, fully clothed, and education-focused. We work with breath, attention, imagery, gentle movement, and clear communication. If you need medical or psychotherapeutic care, I will help you find the right referrals and collaborate when appropriate.

I combine relational coaching with energy work and somatic skills. We move at your pace. Consent and clarity lead.

Curiosity replaces judgment. The aim is not to perform better. The aim is to feel more like yourself, and to let connection flow from that place.

I especially enjoy supporting people who sense that intimacy can be a pathway of personal and spiritual growth. The way we meet our own sensations often mirrors how we meet another. With practice, the body becomes a trusted ally rather than an obstacle.

What A Session Looks Like

  • Brief check-in to set focus and intentions

  • Guided practices to grow awareness and safety in the body

  • Clear language for needs, boundaries, and requests

  • Integrations you can try on your own or with a partner

  • Simple homework so progress compounds gently over time

Common Questions

Is this sexual services or touch?

  • No. This is education and coaching with energy embodiment. We remain fully clothed and seated. If you want hands-on bodywork, I will refer you to appropriate providers.

Can we talk about explicit topics?

  • Yes, plainly and respectfully. Language is used for clarity, not performance. You set the limit for what feels safe to discuss.

What if my partner will not come?

  • You can create real change solo. When one person shifts patterns, the relationship often changes. If your partner wants to join later, we can include them.

What if I feel a lot of shame?

  • We go slowly. We keep consent explicit. We practice kindness as a skill. Shame softens when it is witnessed without pressure.

How many sessions will I need?

  • I wish that I could give you a concrete answer but everyone is different. Many clients begin to feel relief within a few sessions, and deeper patterns tend to take longer. We will set a plan that fits your goals.

Do you work with all genders and orientations?

  • Yes. All identities and constellations are welcome.

Who This Is For

  • Individuals wanting to reconnect with desire and safety in their own body

  • Partners seeking honest, easeful intimacy and real skills that support authentic communication and effective repair when needed.

  • Anyone ready to move from performance and pressure to presence and choice

Your Invitation

If you and your partner (or partners) are ready to step into new ways of relating, I would be honored to walk alongside you. This work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building the kind of relational foundation that allows intimacy to deepen and evolve, so your connection feels like a place where everyone can thrive.
