Meet Victoria Leilani
I’m a trauma-informed somatic energy practitioner with more than two decades of experience in the healing arts.
My work weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, relational development, and subtle energy practices into a grounded and practical approach to personal transformation.
I work with individuals and couples who are devoted to becoming more fully themselves. I’m especially passionate about supporting couples who view their relationship as a living container for growth, honesty, and evolution.
The heart of my work is simple: come home to the body.
My Philosophy
Over the years I’ve come to see that lasting change rarely comes from insight alone.
Many thoughtful, self-aware people understand their patterns very well. They’ve read the books, done the therapy, and explored personal development. Yet something still feels stuck.
Real transformation begins when the body learns how to settle, regulate, and reconnect with its natural intelligence.
When the nervous system is supported and the body becomes a place of awareness rather than tension, people naturally gain more clarity, more choice in how they respond to life, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.
That’s the work I guide people through.
How Energy Embodiment Came to Be
Energy Embodiment grew out of my own search to understand why insight alone wasn’t creating the change I was looking for.
For many years I was deeply committed to personal growth. I studied healing practices, worked with excellent teachers, and guided others in their own development. Yet I still found myself navigating patterns of dysregulation, emotional intensity, and over-efforting that didn’t resolve with meditation , affirmations or understanding the patterns.
Eventually I began to see something clearly:
Lasting change happens when the body and nervous system are included in the process.
As I learned how to regulate my own system and work with subtle energy in practical ways, my life began to change in very real and tangible ways.
Over time, the practices that helped me transform my own experience evolved into the framework I now call Energy Embodiment.
My Background
I’ve been working in the healing arts since 2005, drawing on ancestral lineage across Asia, Europe, and the South Pacific.
I was born on Maui, where earth-based traditions and a deep relationship with the natural world shaped my understanding of how the body and nervous system restore themselves when given the right support.
For more than two decades I’ve studied human development through trauma resolution, root-cause inquiry, clairvoyant training, and polarity integration.
I am a certified Somatic Sex Educator and an Energy Healing practitioner trained through the four-year program at the Energy Healing Institute.
How I Work
Many people think of energy work as abstract or mystical. That’s not how I approach it.
At heart, my perspective is deeply rooted in an animist understanding of life — the recognition that we are not separate from nature, but expressions of it.
The same principles that govern the natural world also govern our bodies and nervous systems. In nature, health is created through movement, balance, and flow. When rivers stagnate, ecosystems suffer. When energy in the body becomes congested or patterns become fixed, we experience tension, dysregulation, and pain.
A large part of my work is helping restore that natural fluidity.
Through conversation, somatic awareness, and direct energy clearing, I help people release stagnant patterns, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with the natural intelligence already present within them.
I also teach practical ways to work with your own system so these shifts can continue in your daily life — in relationships, work, and the everyday moments where presence and choice matter most.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating personal transformation, relationship challenges, and chronic or unexplained pain.
A Personal Note
Everything I teach comes from lived experience.
I’ve walked this path myself, and I will never ask you to do work I haven’t done.
My teachers include the many trainings and certifications I’ve completed over the years — but also the deeper teacher that has always guided me: observing how the natural world works.
Nature shows us again and again that health is created through movement, responsiveness, and flow. When we learn how to work with our systems in the same way, life begins to move differently.
It’s an honor to guide people back to the intelligence already living within them.
